We were very fortunate to secure RT Christopher and Cathleen Wilder as our realtor team for our sale. I had known of them but never met either. We were expecting good things from them because of their reputation in the local industry, but both my wife and I were so happy with all aspects of the transaction they managed that words fail to describe our feelings. They were completely professional from the very moment we first met. Very candid about the house conditions and the work that was needed, providing significant help with staging advice, pointing out issues needing to be resolved or improved. They were transparent during our discussions about price, but made sure all of us were comfortable with the final asking price. The marketing documentation was amazing, including the photos, the drone, and the accompanying descriptive information. They oversaw 21 showings in three days, and managed our expectations during that time.
